Our organization seeks a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Optimizer to drive cost efficiency across the company.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing waste and delays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing Process Optimization: Apply expertise in manufacturing processes, tooling, production equipment, assembly methods, and quality standards to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Time Studies and Data Analysis: Conduct time studies and analyze data across machines, assembly lines, and manual operations to identify areas for improvement.
  • Statistical Methods: Use statistical methods to determine root causes of failures, recommend corrective actions, and optimize product specifications.

Project Management:

  • Project Feasibility Assessment: Assess technology, resources, and market demand to evaluate project feasibility and ensure alignment with business goals.

Quality Assurance:

  • Quality Standards and Objectives: Partner with manufacturing and quality teams to review data, set standards, and define quality and reliability objectives for finished products.

Collaboration:

  • Vendor and Staff Partnerships: Work with vendors, staff, and management on purchases, specifications, capabilities, and project execution.

Job Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing.
  • Engineering Management Skills: Proven engineering management experience with strong cross-functional collaboration and process optimization skills.
