Key Responsibilities:

• Manage invoicing for customers, verifying accuracy against shipping documents
• Process manual billing and credit memos, maintaining up-to-date records
• Post daily cash receipts, reconciling discrepancies and resolving collection issues
• Evaluate and maintain customer credit, identifying opportunities for growth
• Close the AR module in Oracle, preparing monthly journal entries and analysis
• Participate in SOX and audit work related to Accounts Receivable

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Accountancy, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in heavy Accounts Receivables and collections
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in Oracle or other ERP systems an asset
