Job Overview

This role involves ensuring the quality and progress of piping work in the semiconductor industry according to client specifications. The position requires a mechanical engineer who can conduct site inspections, prepare construction material estimation forms, and create construction drawings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting thorough site inspections to ensure compliance with client specifications.
  • Preparing accurate construction material estimation forms to facilitate efficient project execution.
  • Creating detailed construction drawings that meet client requirements.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and contractors to discuss piping installation paths, project progress, and construction specifications.
  • Verifying UHP gas piping construction materials and drawings to ensure quality and accuracy.
  • Assisting in controlling the quality and progress of piping work according to client specifications.
  • Completing daily supervision reports and consolidating acceptance reports.
  • Performing QC testing on UHP gas piping systems using specialized tools and analysis instruments.
  • Executing professional QC testing procedures and making informed judgments based on site conditions.
  • Recording gas piping QC test results and preparing comprehensive testing reports.
  • Carrying out tasks assigned by supervisors and contributing to team goals.

Requirements:
• A proactive and eager individual willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Experience in a technology manufacturing environment is preferred but not required.
