About this role

At our organization, we are seeking a junior team member with a strong interest in legal and compliance work.

This role will focus on the legal and compliance aspects of our business.

  • Responsibilities include reviewing legal documents related to our investments, reviewing and updating compliance policies, drafting side letters and board resolutions, implementing AI legal software, supporting regulatory filings, managing KYC matters, monitoring employee trade pre-clearance requests, and providing administrative support.

We offer flexibility, a willingness to learn, and exposure to a wide range of tasks across our investment and operational functions.

Requirements
  • A law degree (LLB or equivalent) is required.
  • Admission to the bar in a common law jurisdiction is a plus but not essential.
  • Fluency in English is required, and Mandarin and/or other Asian languages are a plus.
