Job Summary:

A Technical Solutions Consultant is required to provide expert support and guidance to clients in the offshore hydraulic solutions sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and experience working in a sales or engineering role.

  • The successful candidate will work closely with clients to understand their technical requirements, recommend suitable solutions, and deliver product consultations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical sales support by analyzing customer needs and recommending suitable solutions.
  • Engage with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver product consultations.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop customized solutions and ensure specifications and performance requirements are met.
  • Deliver troubleshooting and after-sales support, including installation assistance, problem resolution, and system upgrades.
  • Maintain product expertise and market awareness through updated technical knowledge, documentation, and competitor/market analysis.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Hydraulics Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales support or engineering roles in the offshore, hydraulics, or related industries.
