Environmental Health and Safety Executive

As an Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and evaluating the effectiveness of an organization's Environmental Health and Safety Management System (EHSMs). Your key responsibilities will include managing EHS administrative processes, including procedures and manuals.

You will support EHS maintenance based on industry standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001, as well as customer requirements like RBA. Additionally, you will participate in and follow up EH related audits, support internal and external EH audit, and follow-up corrective measures with relevant stakeholders.

You will also prepare and conduct EHS related trainings/briefings/toolbox meetings and conduct EH orientations for newly hired staff. Furthermore, you will implement WSH programs and drive compliance using a range of WSH tools and resources.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a degree in WSH-related disciplines with 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment. You should be a good team player, independent, pro-active and positive attitude in a fast-paced work environment. Excellent analytical, interpersonal, communication and reporting writing skills are essential. Additionally, you should have good knowledge of government authorities' requirements and ability to interpret Risk Assessment Registers requirements.
