Job Summary

We offer a unique work environment with a 44-hour work week, five days a week. Enjoy in-house staff canteen meals and convenient location near Tuas Link MRT.

  • Maintenance of all new and existing equipment within the manufacturing area is crucial for our operations.
  • Schedule and perform planned and unplanned maintenance activities through Total Preventative Maintenance systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Document all maintenance activities ensuring traceability according to Good Manufacturing Practice and Company requirements.
  • Observe and comply with company sequence of operations, standard operating procedures, and emergency operating procedures at all times.
  • Procure third-party services such as specialist contractors and production equipment vendors efficiently.
  • Supervise suppliers/contractors on site to ensure maintenance work is carried out according to contract, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs.
  • Maintain utilities equipment including AHU chiller, ACMV, air-compressor, water heater, electrical, and electronic systems effectively.
  • Perform risk assessments for all facilities activities annually to identify potential hazards.
  • Maintain records, prepare reports, and compose correspondence relative to the work assigned.
Requirements
  • Minimum NITEC in Facility Management, Electrical, or Mechanical is required.
  • At least two years of relevant experience is necessary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is expected.
  • Knowledge of PLC understanding and diagnostic is desirable.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize jobs to meet tight deadlines and required targets is essential.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, organized, and a good team player is preferred.
