Key Responsibilities:
  • Platform Strategy & Vision Alignment: Develop and execute long-term strategy and go-to-market plans for loyalty products in the region.
  • Technical Product Thinking: Demonstrate a strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, data pipelines, and system architecture to guide platform development and integration.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a bridge between global product teams and regional markets. Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and security teams to ensure alignment and responsiveness to market needs.
Requirements and Qualifications

Deep knowledge of the payments and loyalty industries, including loyalty economics and ecosystem dynamics.

Proven experience in product management or product marketing, with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.

Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into product launches and implementation plans across diverse markets.

Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible.

Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple complex projects under tight timelines.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and present to senior stakeholders across technical and business domains.

Self-starter with a high level of energy, creativity, and resilience.
