Job Title:

Corporate Finance Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Finance expert to lead in the execution of valuation engagements, perform independent valuations and produce financial models.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead in the execution of valuation engagements, including business, tangible and intangible assets, and financial instruments.
  • Perform independent valuations for mergers and acquisitions, litigation support, financial reporting, and restructuring.
  • Produce and analyse financial models, assessing commercial data which underlie financial forecasts.
  • Develop and pitch proposals for new work, and build relationships with clients.
  • Supervise and train associates and interns on valuation and related services.
Requirements:
  • Excellent academic background, preferably with a professional qualification in accounting or finance.
  • Ideal 2-7 years' experience in valuation, acquired within an accounting or professional services firm.
  • Strong grasp of business and intangible assets valuation concepts.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills, combined with a good understanding of business dynamics and commercial value drivers.
