Job Overview

A leading hospitality and entertainment enterprise seeks an experienced Observability Engineer to join its high-performing IT team in Singapore. This pivotal role will support the company's ITSM transformation initiatives and drive observability best practices.

What You'll Do
  • Architect and maintain observability solutions across distributed systems and microservices.
  • Build and optimize telemetry pipelines for logs, metrics, traces, and events.
  • Partner with DevOps, SRE, and application teams to enhance system reliability and performance.
  • Lead the development of proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in observability, monitoring, or SRE roles.
  • Proficient with tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, Datadog, or equivalents.
  • Experience with ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, BMC, or Jira Service Management.
  • Solid scripting skills (Python, Bash) and exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
