Job Title: Hotel Operations Director

Senior Hotel Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Front Office and Housekeeping departments to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staffing Management: Direct day-to-day staffing requirements for a large team of Front Office and Housekeeping employees, ensuring adequate coverage and minimizing overtime.
  • Mentorship and Coaching: Provide regular feedback and guidance to help team members improve their performance, promoting career growth and development.
  • Resource Allocation: Ensure all staff have the necessary tools, training, and equipment to excel in their roles, driving productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to promote teamwork and quality service, fostering a positive work environment.
