Your role as a Room Service Attendant involves ensuring timely delivery of orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization of in-room dining stations, handling guest inquiries, and adhering to basic health and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Timely delivery of orders to guests' rooms with all items presented in an appealing and organized manner.
- Maintain clean and organized in-room dining stations.
- Handle basic guest inquiries and ensure special requests are passed along to the appropriate team members.
- Assist with the preparation of orders and ensure they are delivered accurately.
- Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred.
- Good communication skills to interact with guests and colleagues.
- Attention to detail in delivering orders accurately.
- Ability to work under basic pressure in a fast-paced environment.
