Role Overview
We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Junior Art Director to contribute to the creation of captivating content across various mediums.

About the Role
This position involves collaborating with our dynamic creative team to develop innovative ideas that align with brand guidelines and meet client objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess strong social media strategy skills, as well as proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite. They will also have experience creating engaging content for different platforms, including short-form video content, animations, digital media, and print materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop optimized content strategies for social media platforms.
  • Create compelling visuals and content across various formats, including video, animation, and print media.
  • Work closely with the creative team to bring projects from concept to production.
  • Present design ideas and concepts to internal teams and clients.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of motion, rhythm, and storytelling, as well as excellent design skills and attention to detail. They should also be familiar with building content for popular platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, and have a good understanding of what drives engagement on each platform.
