WILD Group is a record label, management company, and agency representing artists and talent from across the globe. We are looking for a talented and versatile Creative Content Specialist (Design & Video) to join our growing team in Singapore

As a Creative Content Specialist, you will work closely with our creative team to contribute to various creative projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled individual experienced in graphic design, video work, branding, and visual storytelling to work within the entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Lead Designer to develop marketing collaterals, music launch assets, social media graphics, and branded visuals.
  • Shoot and edit video content such as behind-the-scenes footage, event coverage, interviews, and campaign materials.
  • Design engaging and on-brand visuals for use across digital platforms including social media, websites, and client campaigns.
  • Produce polished video deliverables with appropriate transitions, animations, effects, and graphic elements.
  • Create pitch decks, presentations, and promotional materials to support marketing initiatives and client proposals.
  • Contribute to brainstorming sessions and bring fresh, creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling.
  • Lead creative projects when required, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet timelines and uphold quality standards.
  • Ensure all designs and content adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the intended message.

Requirements:

  • A degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Film Production, Multimedia, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proficiency in design and video editing software (Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
  • Strong storytelling abilities, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with photography, videography, and content creation tools.
  • Passion for creativity, design, and storytelling within the entertainment industry.
