About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at MongoDB Singapore PTE. LTD. as an Onboarding Program Manager. This role will be responsible for ensuring the successful onboarding of new customers across our business segment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Onboarding: Take ownership of onboarding new customers, coordinating with internal teams and customers to ensure a smooth transition to our platform.
  • Technical Enablement: Build and deliver customized enablement and onboarding plans to ensure customers set up our product correctly and their teams are set up for success.
  • Risk and Growth Identification: Proactively identify risk and growth signals during the onboarding process.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Professional Services, Technical Services, and other teams to ensure customers are introduced to our platform effectively.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience working in a customer-centric role, such as Customer Success, Implementation Consultant, Onboarding Manager, Technical Project Management, or similar.
  • Skills: Exceptional project management skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, entrepreneurial mindset, high levels of organization and attention to detail, team player, and passion for collaboration.
  • Language: Business proficiency in Korean language is essential for this role, as it will focus on ensuring success for our clients in Korea.
