We are seeking a reliable and experienced Bus Captain to join our team at SWEE SENG SCHOOL BUS. As a Bus Captain, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of students and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a bus safely and efficiently, adhering to traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of the bus, including regular checks and reports.
- Develop and maintain good relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Manage time effectively to meet schedules and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Class 4 driving license.
- Bus Vocational Driving License (an advantage).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively.
- Good physical and mental health.
