Creative Content Production Lead

We are seeking an innovative and experienced Production Manager to lead our creative and physical production initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on production expertise, strong vendor management skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple departments to bring brand stories to life.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee the end-to-end production of photoshoots, videos, and social media content, including logistics such as scheduling, casting, location scouting, crew coordination, permits, and travel. They will also align production goals with internal teams such as Creative, Digital, and Merchandising, ensuring timely delivery and quality control.

Retail & Experiential Activations:

This role includes managing production of pop-up stores, in-store installations, and seasonal displays, sourcing locations, vendors, permits, and temporary staffing, negotiating contracts, and coordinating with suppliers and property owners. The successful candidate will collaborate with retail operations and visual merchandising teams to ensure brand consistency.

Collaborations & Special Projects:

They will oversee production logistics for designer and brand collaborations, manage contracts, deliverables, and content approvals with external partners, and support consignment projects including sample coordination and partner communication.

Budgeting & Contract Management:

The Production Manager will own production budgets from planning to reconciliation, negotiate vendor rates, and manage service agreements. They will also coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to ensure timely payments and contract compliance.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

As the production lead across departments including Marketing, Creative, Retail, PR, and Legal, they will proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum. They will define and implement best practices for production workflows, overseeing post-production schedules and ensuring timely handover of assets to relevant channels.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have a bachelor's degree in Fashion Production, Marketing, or a related field, and a minimum of 8 years of production experience in fashion, creative agency, or brand-side roles. You should also have at least 3 years of experience in a senior or leadership capacity, proven experience in managing both digital and physical productions, a strong understanding of contracts, supplier terms, and production legalities, and an established network of vendors, stylists, and freelance creatives.
