Visual Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Strategy & Leadership

  • Develop and execute comprehensive creative strategies that enhance the company's brand presence and drive business results
  • Lead creative concepting for product launches, marketing campaigns, and brand initiatives that capture the attention of diverse audiences
  • Maintain visual brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials

Visual Design & Content Creation

  • Design high-impact graphics and visual content for digital marketing campaigns, social media, and advertising across multiple channels
  • Develop website imagery, UI graphics, and interactive elements that enhance user experience and simplify complex trading concepts
  • Design print and digital collaterals including brochures, presentations, event materials, and corporate communications that communicate the company's value proposition
  • Produce motion graphics and animations for social media, website headers, and promotional videos that engage users and convey key messages

Brand Management & Innovation

  • Oversight of brand consistency across all customer touchpoints and marketing materials to ensure a cohesive brand image
  • Stay ahead of design trends in fintech, trading technology, and digital marketing to identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Develop creative concepts that evolve the company's visual identity to maintain relevance in the fast-paced fintech sector
  • Lead creative projects from concept to delivery, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project outcomes
