Job Title: Support Services Professional

We are seeking a Support Services Professional to provide administrative support and manage facilities hotlines.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating documentation related to contracts management, payment claims, and PRCC processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the facilities hotline and administrative email, ensuring all inquiries and requests are directed to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Assisting in the review and coordination of documentation related to contracts management, payment claims, and PRCC processes.
  • Registering, tracking, and updating dockets to ensure accurate data compilation for monthly operational reports.
  • Maintaining accurate records of expenditures and inventory.
  • Ensuring proper filing, organization, and retrieval of physical and digital documents in compliance with company policies.
  • Preparing and consolidating monthly reports, including data on carpark collection and other operational metrics.
  • Coordinating invitation to quote (ITQ) processes with contractors and vendors.

Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE O level qualification.

Preferred Skills/Others:

  • Minimum 2 years of field experience in administration.

You will possess strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Additionally, you should have knowledge of inventory management and be able to work independently. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
