Job Overview:

This position involves overseeing financial management operations, ensuring timely and accurate accounting records, and coordinating with various teams to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Processing financial transactions and verifying their accuracy
  • Managing payment processing, offsetting, and filling procedures
  • Monitoring accounts receivable (AR) for timely collections

Additionally, this role requires maintaining up-to-date AR/AP financial reports for end-of-month and year-end periods, providing input on unpaid status, and developing policies to ensure proper internal controls for the balance sheet and profit & loss statements.

Analysis and Reporting:
  • Providing timely financial data to management for informed decision-making
  • Performing general administrative tasks as needed
Year-End Activities:
  • Liaising with auditors to obtain necessary financial information
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or Banking
  • Aptitude for numbers and analytical skills
  • Excellent computer and communication skills
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with other business units
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
