After-School Learning Facilitator

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an After-School Learning Facilitator. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to primary school students in an after-school setting.
Job Responsibilities：
- Care and supervise a class of students in an after-school environment.
- Support students with their schoolwork, focusing on at least two subjects: English, Math, or Science.
- Maintain open communication with parents and the school regarding student progress and behavior.
- Organize engaging activities such as art, craft, character building, and holiday excursions that promote holistic development.
Requirements：
- Singaporean citizenship.
- A genuine passion for nurturing children and promoting their overall growth.
- Patient and firm approach when disciplining students.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, students, and parents.
- Educational Qualifications: Nitec holders, 'O' Level, 'A' Level, Diploma, or Degree holders are welcome.
- Preferred Experience & Skills:Familiarity with the current school syllabus is advantageous.
