Job Title:

A Community Development Coordinator position is available to support the holistic growth of children-at-risk in their education, social, mental, and emotional wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

  2. Develop and implement programme strategies that address emerging challenges and trends in child development and wellbeing.
  3. Manage logistics, resources, and event coordination to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  4. Cultivate relationships with parents, caregivers, and volunteers to ensure regular updates and feedback on programme effectiveness.
  5. Evaluate programme outcomes, track progress, and apply findings to enhance programme impact.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in programme planning, facilitation, and management.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in stakeholder engagement, volunteer management, and event planning.
Desirable Skills
  • Experience in community outreach, advocacy, and partnership development.
  • Knowledge of child development theories, principles, and best practices.
  • Skills in data analysis, programme evaluation, and research methods.
