Job Title: Process Automation Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Process Automation Specialist. In this role, you will work closely with stakeholders to automate internal manual processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Analysis and Report Preparation:
    • Collaborate with business users and product owners to define detailed functional specifications.
    • Analyze and document 'to-be' business and operation processes based on agreed requirements.
    • Monitor and escalate issues related to requirements and scope-creep to project managers/team leads.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Participate in user story grooming and transitioning requirements to developers.
    • Assist in translating business requirements into test scenarios.
  • Testing Management:
    • Triarch defect - clarify test findings escalated by the test team and classify the findings as valid defects, data issues, or change requests.
  • Project Management:
    • Assist team lead in managing project tracking, including timeline, budget, and deliverables.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5-6 years of experience in system analysis/business analysis/testing.
  • 3-4 years of experience in Agile scrum processes is an advantage.
  • Knowledge with IT projects lifecycle in banking environment.
  • Basic product knowledge on digital banking and related technology.
  • Good communication skills to liaise with different stakeholders (technical/business users/testing team).
  • Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint preferred.
  • Working knowledge of project management tools (Jira, Confluence) is an advantage.
