Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing maintenance and engineering activities related to electrical facilities within manufacturing plants to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and execute major field maintenance tasks, prioritizing worker safety and facility integrity.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure maintenance work is completed on time with minimal disruption to plant operations.
- Conduct engineering studies and implement modifications to electrical systems in line with technical specifications and business needs.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for Electrical Supervisors to improve their technical skills and overall competency.
- Implement and maintain management systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506 standards.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
- Possess a Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Basic knowledge of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) and Human Machine Interfaces (HMI) is a plus.
