Clinical Leadership Role: Nursing Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and motivate nursing teams to achieve high standards of care and professionalism.
  2. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and staff development processes to ensure seamless integration of new staff members.
  3. Set performance expectations and provide continuous coaching and feedback to support staff growth and development.
  4. Work closely with doctors, allied health professionals, and department heads to establish and implement clinical protocols grounded in best practices.
  5. Evaluate and ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards while prioritizing patient safety and care quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing from a recognized institution, along with post-basic qualifications in a relevant specialty.
  • Registered Nurse with at least 10 years of clinical experience, including a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Prior experience in nursing administration, preferably involving hospital startups or expansions.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and quality improvement practices.
