Overview

Salary & Benefits

Job Description

As an Enrolment Recruitment Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Recruiting new students through proactive outreach and engagement strategies, including facility visits, campaigns, open houses, and information sessions;
  • Counselling parents of existing and prospective students to assist with academic program selection and provide accurate information on curriculum highlights;
  • Developing and establishing new contacts and sales leads to achieve sales targets;
  • Collaborating with the Head of Enrolment and Customer Service (HECS) to meet and exceed monthly enrolment targets;
  • Understanding market trends and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and initiatives;
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to stakeholders across various departments.
Requirements & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Diploma in any discipline;
  • A minimum of 1 year of proven track record in sales, preferably in the education sector;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong consultative selling and business development flair;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
