Senior Commercial Portfolio Manager

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our commercial building portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities and property management, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
About the Role:
- Taking ownership of premises, ensuring they are handed over to tenants or purchasers efficiently
- Scheduling and executing preventive maintenance across assigned properties to maintain high standards of security, safety, and cleanliness
- Coordinating with contractors for repairs and renovation works while ensuring all work is carried out to the highest standards
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with tenants, partners, and service vendors
- Responding promptly to tenant queries, feedback, and complaints
- Working closely with the emergency response team to ensure prompt responses to incidents
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical), Real Estate, Building, or Facilities/Estate Management
- Certifications such as Fire Safety Manager and SCEM are advantageous
- WSQ training in Site Incident Controller (SIC) and Emergency Response Team (ERT) will be a plus
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience in facilities, property, or building operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
