Job Title: Regional Marketing Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts in key regions. The successful candidate will develop and execute regional integrated marketing strategies to drive growth and increase product adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research to identify target customers, understand their needs and pain points, and develop compelling value propositions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to uncover opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
  • Influence product roadmap and feature prioritization based on market insights.
Positioning & Messaging:

The Regional Marketing Manager will define and articulate the unique value proposition of our product and develop positioning strategies that differentiate the product in the gaming and payments sectors.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

This role requires collaboration with Product and Commercial teams for cohesive go-to-market execution, as well as working with Marketing leaders to drive integrated initiatives.

Regional Integrated Marketing Initiatives:

The Regional Marketing Manager will develop and implement regional strategies to penetrate key regions effectively, launching tailored, culturally relevant marketing campaigns to drive growth and increase product adoption.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in integrated marketing within gaming and payments industries.
  • Proven success in go-to-market efforts and marketing campaigns, especially in game publishing, content, or live streaming sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the gaming industry, including publishers, developers, distribution channels, and trends.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for building cross-functional relationships, including influencing C-level executives, partners, and customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Data-driven with strong analytical skills to interpret data for marketing decisions.
