Content Marketing & Social Media Assistant

We are seeking a diligent and organized individual to assist in our content marketing and social media initiatives. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing brand awareness and engagement through the creation, management, and promotion of engaging social media content.

The Content Marketing & Social Media Assistant will be responsible for:

  • Scheduling and publishing social media posts across multiple platforms
  • Monitoring comments and messages, flagging important issues to relevant team members
  • Creating visual content using Canva or pre-built templates
  • Conducting competitor analysis and identifying trending topics to keep our social media content fresh and engaging
  • Developing digital marketing content and visuals for the brand

In addition, the successful candidate should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines
