Job Title: Business Performance Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage revenue forecasts, identifying risks and opportunities to ensure target achievement.
  • Lead pipeline and major project management, monitoring quality and implementing improvement measures.
  • Collaborate with the delivery team on project execution plans and progress.

Job Description:

  • Formulate revenue planning rules and develop a comprehensive revenue forecast plan.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing from customers.
  • Monitor revenue progress, identify issues, develop solutions, and implement corrective actions.
  • Work closely with sales, finance, and customer service teams to address revenue-related issues and improve processes.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with stakeholders, including counterparts and customers in China.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Revenue Specialist in the Telco or ICT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and data analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
