Job DescriptionAs an Export Document Officer, you will be responsible for managing export documents to ensure compliance with relevant regulations. This role involves maintaining contact with customers to inform them about the status of their requests and providing timely responses to client inquiries. You will also work closely with other teams to suggest initiatives for increasing operational efficiency and maintain company CRM systems. Additionally, you will provide monthly operation updates and activity reports with KPI monitoring.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in logistics, international business, or supply chain management and possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer relations skills. They should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have experience in similar roles.
