Intergenerational Program Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage our Intergenerational Learning Programme (ILP), which aims to foster intergenerational bonding between youths and seniors. The ILP is an online/onsite workshop that teaches practical lessons such as Skype, Facebook, managing health, and laughter yoga.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating with schools and external organizations to execute the ILP workshops. This includes designing attractive publicity materials, recruiting and managing programme facilitators, overseeing workshops onsite or online, and handling administrative matters.
Requirements- Diploma Holder and above
- Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in coordination work with meticulous and organizational skills
- Creative-thinking and problem-solving skills
- Able to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision
- Will to travel to different schools and provide admin support
