Job Title: Business Process Analyst

Job Description:

The role of a Business Process Analyst involves assisting in the issuance of policy contracts and endorsements, premiums computation, and experience refund. Additionally, tax invoices, endorsement schedules, and medical cards must be issued promptly.

  • Support in the issuance of policy adjustments, member movements, premiums computations, and experience refunds;
  • Ensure timely issuance of tax invoices, endorsement schedules, and medical cards;
  • Communicate with direct clients and intermediaries via phone calls or emails regarding employee benefits queries;
  • Maintain accurate records entries and proper documentation;
  • Collaborate with Section Heads to identify areas for operational efficiency improvements;
  • Provide administrative support and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Team Leads;
  • Take accountability for considering business and regulatory compliance risks and take appropriate steps to mitigate these risks;
  • Stay informed about industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats, and implement measures to mitigate risks; and
  • Highlight potential concerns and share best practices for risk management.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field;
  • Preferably 1-2 years of administrative or business processing experience;
  • Proficient in MS Excel;
