Leadership Opportunity: Process and Systems Manager

The Process and Systems Manager will be responsible for leading the process & systems team for Global Logistics and Fulfilment.

About the Role:
  • Shaping and maintaining the business capabilities roadmap for B2B third-party distribution logistics, warehousing activities, and B2C/DTC fulfilment
  • Designing and implementing state-of-the-art logistics/fulfilment processes and systems
  • Collaborating with Global Supply Chain to understand strategic directions and evolve the target operating model
  • Working closely with functional leads to ensure seamless integration of strategies into the long-term capability roadmap
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the design and implementation of process and system solutions throughout the project life cycle
  2. Oversee a team responsible for managing logistics and fulfilment systems, including product owners, programme and project managers
  3. Establish the Logistics and Fulfilment Centre of Excellence (COE) and define ways of working with cross-functional teams
  4. Develop and maintain a governance framework for logistics systems to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
  5. Mentor teams of associate managers, product owners, process & system analysts
  6. Provide training and development opportunities to build expertise within the COE
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, information technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience leading logistics, DTC last mile fulfilment process and system transformations
  • In-depth understanding of logistics, fulfilment, and delivery management best practices
  • Proficiency in Agile methodology, SAP Logistics/EDI, Order Management Systems (OMS)
