In order to reinforce the Human Resources team in Basel we are currently recruiting for an

**Manager, Process & Systems Support**

This position is responsible for the development of the Jet Aviation Singapore site process & systems digital strategy and roadmap. As the Manager Process & Systems Support, you will collaborate with Global Process & Systems support and Singapore Leadership providing direction for all aspects of implementing digital solutions & systems.

Description/Tasks:

- In collaboration develop Jet Aviation Singapore site process & systems digital strategy and roadmap
- Implmentation of identified digital solutions & systems supporting Jet Aviation’s CMPL, RMU and MRO products & services definition, execution and back-office processes (TeamCenter PLM, SAP R/3 extensions, custom data & knowledgebase)
- Integration and consolidation of advanced analytics to generate site and departmental KPIs (eQ Technologic, SAP Lumira, SalesForce integration)
- Support the development and implementation of the Jet Aviation Customer Portal (MRO section)
- Contribute to the selection of the first RPA / AI use cases for execution cost optimization
- Qualification of the PLM system for LOTAR (Amazon S3) and GD IT / US Export Control Regulation (EAR / ITAR)
- Support, develop, train and coach employees in accordance with the project requirements
- Distribute tasks and projects across Singapore employees referencing available manpower capacity, employee skills, experience and projects and tasks constraints

Qualification/Experience:

- Baschelors degree in Product / Process management / Solutions development, or similar from an accredited university
- Strong track-record in managing Business Solutions and processes in a global matrixed organization
- In depth understanding of the aerospace industry, OEMs, and the regulatory framework
- Highly sophisticated understanding of Planning, Billing, Procurement, Engineering, Manufacturing and Installation methodologies and tools, including Project Management reporting methodologies
- Development and coding skills (VB /.Net / C / R) in the context of custom solutions development
- Strong leadership experience in a matrix environment
- High business and financial acumen
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills to influence internal and external stakeholders with great latitude on outcomes
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken); any other language is beneficial
