Job Title: Senior Enrolled Nurse - Providing Excellence in Resident Care
- Job Description:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to residents in a supportive and dynamic environment, working collaboratively with the registered nurse team.
- Assist in the supervision of nursing aides and health attendants, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Perform various nursing procedures, including medication administration, wound dressing, and meal feeding, ensuring resident comfort and well-being.
- Identify symptoms of residents that may be related to illnesses or decline in functional and cognitive abilities, advocating for early medical attention when necessary.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in delivering high-quality nursing care in a residential setting.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and promoting a positive team culture.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
