As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving repeat business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Telemarketing & Lead Generation:
    • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our products and services.
    • FOLLOW UP ON LEADS, INQUIRIES, AND PAST CUSTOMERS TO GENERATE APPOINTMENTS AND CONVERSIONS.
  • Business Development & Sales:
    • IDentify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand our market reach.
    • BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS TO DRIVE REPEAT BUSINESS.
    • Attend networking events, corporate meetings, and industry trade shows to generate leads.
  • Reporting & Performance Tracking:
    • Track call outcomes, customer feedback, and sales performance.
    • Provide regular reports on lead conversion rates and business development activities.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in telemarketing, business development, or sales.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a confident and professional phone presence.
  • Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and handle client objections effectively.
  • Experience with CRM software or lead management tools is a plus.
