Senior Healthcare Evaluator

Our team seeks a strategic Senior Manager to spearhead the enhancement of healthcare evaluation for informed strategic decisions. This role will contribute significantly towards the improvement of population health outcomes.
This position will be responsible for designing and implementing studies to assess the costs and outcomes of population health innovations. The incumbent will also serve as the primary contact for stakeholders seeking evaluation expertise, disseminating knowledge through publications and presentations.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in public health, healthcare management, or related field, along with at least three years of relevant work experience in conducting health systems evaluation research.
Familiarity with implementation research, evaluation typology, and health policy and systems research is highly desirable.
We strive to improve population health outcomes through systematic and targeted approaches. As a Senior Manager, you will play a crucial role in evaluating healthcare programmes to inform strategic decisions and liaising with internal and external stakeholders on evaluation matters.
