Job Summary:

  • A dynamic logistics professional is required to oversee the daily operations of our logistics team.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Operations: The Logistics Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating daily logistics operations, including scheduling, route planning, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: They will manage and lead the logistics team, ensuring operational efficiency and achieving company objectives.
  • Compliance and Quality: The Logistics Manager will monitor and ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and delivery timelines, while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Client Relations: They will liaise with clients, partners, and internal departments to resolve operational issues and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: The Logistics Manager will track and analyze key logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in logistics, transportation management, or related field.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Valid Class 3 / Class 4 driving license (depending on vehicle requirements).
  • Skillset: Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively with clients, partners, and internal departments.
