Job Title: Infant Educator

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Infant Educator to join our team.

Job Description:

The Infant Educator will be responsible for creating a nurturing environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of infants.

  • Ensure daily compliance with health regulations, centre SOPs, and ECDA standards through routine checks and record-keeping.
  • Manage caregiving routines including feeding, diapering, bathing, and naptime, creating a calm and responsive environment for infants.
  • Support curriculum delivery by engaging infants in sensory, motor, and interactive play, stimulating their holistic development.
  • Observe and document developmental milestones accurately and share insights with the teaching team and parents.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant Certificates
  • Patience and passion for children, and do not view them merely as chores.
  • High levels of emotional intelligence, adaptability in relationship management with peers and parents.
  • Experienced in learning activities design and centre environment decoration.
  • Enjoy working with children, and passionate in educating young children.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexible and able to offer help when needed.
