Occupational Therapist Job Opportunity

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans to help individuals achieve optimal independence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assess patients' functional abilities and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance their skills in daily living, work activities, leisure, and play.
  • Provide training on daily activities, facilitate work rehabilitation, prescribe assistive technology, and apply ergonomic principles.
  • Educate family members and caregivers on interventions and care giving skills.
  • Contribute to ongoing quality improvement and provide guidance to trainees and students.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Therapy recognized by the relevant authority.
  • A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Patient-focused with a genuine desire to make a difference.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills.
  • Passionate about building a healthcare career and motivated to take on challenges.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Occupational Therapy.
