We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR operations, you will be responsible for managing various initiatives and contributing to staff development in a supportive environment that values innovation and growth.
This role offers an exciting opportunity for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to make a meaningful impact on our organization's success. You will have the chance to expand your experience in HR and employee engagement by coordinating tasks such as Employee Engagement Survey workshops, supporting HR Operations initiatives, tracking training roadmaps, and performing administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate Employee Engagement Surveys, including EDM communications and logistics management.
- Support HR Operations initiatives, such as internship recruitment drives and structured job rotation programs.
- Compile training roadmaps and functional competency frameworks for staff development.
- Manage administrative duties, including Workday records, e-Registry documentation, and office relocation support.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
- Experience in EDM design and creation is also necessary.
- The ideal candidate should be able to work independently and collaboratively in small teams.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively prioritize multiple tasks are essential.
- A minimum of a Diploma or Degree in a relevant field is required.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
