Compliance Specialist Wanted
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to manage our organisation's regulatory compliance and financial crime prevention initiatives. This critical position ensures adherence to relevant laws and regulations, with a focus on anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF).
This individual will act as the Money Laundering Reporting Officer and may also be responsible for overseeing our Compliance Monitoring Plan and risk assessments.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead compliance efforts in Asia, ensuring adherence to MAS and regional regulations.
- Maintain the Compliance Monitoring Plan and oversee risk assessments.
- Develop policies, procedures, and controls in line with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regulatory advice to senior management.
- Oversee AML/CTF frameworks and conduct risk assessments.
- Investigate suspicious transactions and file reports with relevant authorities.
- Ensure AML training across the business.
- Liaise with regulators and prepare compliance reports.
Requirements

- A strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations and risk management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
