As a Digital Marketing Operations Assistant, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth execution of digital marketing strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Familiarity with TikTok/XHS backend operations: You should have in-depth knowledge of the TikTok/XHS platform, including its features and functionalities.
  • Coordination skills and effective communication: As a Digital Marketing Operations Assistant, you must have the ability to coordinate and communicate effectively with influencers and clients, showcasing excellent teamwork.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools and video editing skills: Proficiency in using graphic design tools and capable of expertly editing videos to enhance the quality of multimedia content is required.
  • Daily database updates and maintenance: Responsible for the daily update and maintenance of databases to ensure data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Innovative mindset and proactive work attitude: Demonstrates innovation in work and maintains a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Preference for candidates with TikTok/XHS experience is highly desirable.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proficiency in using graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  2. Expertise in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X
  3. Familiarity with social media platforms and their analytics tools
  4. Strong communication and coordination skills
  5. Able to work independently and as part of a team
  6. Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently
  7. Knowledge of TikTok/XHS platform and its features
  8. Understanding of SEO principles and practices
