Advanced Python Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled engineer to collaborate on the development and validation of cutting-edge AI systems.

  • This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate and customize libraries for enforcing safety, reliability, and compliance in AI outputs.

You will design and implement robust test and validation scripts, particularly for Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines.

  • Develop and maintain Python scripts for testing and validating AI models.
  • Build libraries to enforce output constraints and safety checks.
  • Design validation frameworks for RAG-based AI systems.

To excel in this position, you must possess strong proficiency in Python. Additionally, hands-on experience with Generative AI, especially RAG architectures, is essential.

  • Familiarity with LLM evaluation techniques and safety frameworks.
  • Experience with libraries like LangChain or similar.
  • Prompt engineering and model governance knowledge is desirable.

Candidates should have more than one year of experience in AI Engineering, with over three years of experience preferred.
