Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled AI Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for artificial intelligence and machine learning. As an AI Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting AI systems and applications, ensuring their optimal performance and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and maintain AI hardware and software systems.
  • Data labelling, AI model benchmarking
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of AI systems, identifying and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing infrastructure.
  • Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure the security and efficiency of AI systems.
  • Document processes, system configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Assist in the development and deployment of new AI applications and models.
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users and team members.
  • Stay current with the latest advancements in AI technology and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Interest in working with AI systems and applications.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
  • Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
  • Understanding of AI hardware components, including GPUs and specialized processors.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in AI, machine learning, or related fields.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Knowledge of AI ethics and data privacy considerations.
