We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - Product Architecture to join our Product Architecture Team at PSA International. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of product solutions, ensuring they meet the required standards of fit-for-use, scalability, consistency, rationalization, optimization, and continuity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define Architecture for New Projects: Develop and present position papers to choose between various architectural options for new projects or crucial IT developments, aligning with operational standards.
  • Establish IT Architecture Standards: Create and maintain IT architecture standards covering applications, infrastructure, data, integration, and security.
  • Product Feature Understanding: Develop a deep understanding of current 'AS-IS' and future 'TO-BE' product features.
  • Collaboration and Planning: Work with the Product Architecture team and Product Managers to plan and implement new product releases.
  • Solution Engineering: Engage with product teams in solution engineering endeavors.
  • Technical Support: Offer assistance for production escalations and customer problem resolution.
  • Technology Scanning: Conduct regular technology scans and present innovative technological solutions.
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    Experience in IT products and deployment environments, covering server, desktop, mobile, and embedded platforms. Proficient in all facets of architecture, design, and implementation, including coding. Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Open Source Technologies like Java 8, J2EE, C#/ASP,.NET, Spring Boot, and more.
  • Business Skills
    Strong verbal, presentation, and written communication skills. Ability to work creatively and analytically in solving problems within budget and timeline constraints. Proficient in enterprise-scale SDLCs and Agile Methodologies. Capable of working in a global, multi-cultural environment and handling multiple tasks effectively even under pressure.
