Job Description:

Responsible for the effective completion of Architectural Works within agreed time, cost, quality and safety Planning of architectural work schedules in alignment to approved master construction programMonitoring subcontractors’ works progress in achieving the agreed work schedules and/ work phasesCoordinating architectural works with other trades’ works to alleviate conflicts, dispute and abortive workEnsuring architectural finishing works satisfies the Client’s quality expectations and Authorities’ requirementsParticipating and inculcate subcontractors in performing safety, health and environmental aspects on site Coordination with Architect/ Consultants for technical/ shop-drawings submissions including Authorities’ Approval and materials’ approvalsSubmission of Works Method Statements for approval and arranging of trade demonstrationLeading the Works for Mock-up Units (Sample Units) and to bring to completion within the agreed timeframe/ work phasePlanning and monitoring of architectural materials/ special products requires longer procurement lead timesReviewing contract specifications and drawings and raise technical clarification for any discrepancyResolve architectural detailing/ technical issues on site during the architectural work progression phasesPreparations and coordination on QM/ CONQUAS AssessmentsCompilations and handing-over of Architectural documentations including As-built drawing submissions Job Requirements Possess a Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Architectural and/ related disciplineProficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applicationsIndependent, competent and self-motivated with strong teamwork spiritGood technical & communication skills to interact with people at all levels on siteLead subcontractors in achieving smooth progress with higher quality standards and minimal defectsMinimum 4-5years experience, preferably with CONQUAS experienceCompleted QM project and a registered Core-trade Foremen/ Supervisor would be an added advantage
