Key Responsibilities:
- To assist Country Manager in executing strategies for growth and development.
- To participate in management training and rotational assignments to enhance skills and knowledge.
- To support Japan HQ initiatives by maintaining effective communication and ensuring smooth execution of promotions, events, or activities.
- To conduct regular checks and audits at outlets to ensure compliance with company policies and standards.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a related field. Strong business acumen, critical thinking, analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Additionally, the candidate should be a team player with a strong ability to work well as a leader when needed, have good learning abilities, and be passionate about the food and beverage industry.
