Job Title: Service Maintenance Technician

SERVICE MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN ROLE

We are seeking a skilled professional to perform preventive maintenance, repair, replacement, installation and commissioning of various systems under minimal supervision.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Attend to vessels at anchorage, shipyards, and within the Asian region.
  • Perform calibration, functional testing, and spare parts verification in accordance with industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to expand the service and maintenance portfolio while enhancing client satisfaction.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to promote additional services, spare parts, and products during field operations, and document potential business leads in service reports for follow-up by sales personnel.
  • Prepare detailed service reports and technical documentation following field assignments.
Techincal Skills:
  • Mechanical / Marine Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Strong fundamentals in engineering.
  • Proficient in product specifications and troubleshooting assistance.
  • Excellent communication, coordination and writing skills.
  • Good computer skills.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Marine Engineering, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marine service engineering.
  • Valid driving license.
  • English literacy is a MUST.

The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
